My room was quite large. It was a Comfort Double Room, and i must say, the space really surprised me. the location was amazing, giving me easy access to many sites. Breakfast offered excellent options with eggs made to order.
The shower was not good and the drain was clogged. It was a pain every time I had to leave as I needed to give the key to reception. Only one person was ever there and that person not properly trained, so things took long.

the staff provided helpful advice on directions. bruno gave restaurant recommendations. these options resulted in the best dining experiences of the entire trip. the junior suite canal view provided fine scenery.
breakfast was not included in the price. a basic continental breakfast cost 19 euro per person.

the location is wonderfully central, and exploring was easy!!! the staff were always smiling and ready to help, a real plus. i enjoyed the coffee machine in the room. A lovely addition, and the breakfast was also fantastic. fresh ingredients are so great!
the street outside was quite noisy late into the night. there were lots of noisy drinkers, even around 2-3 am. i found this disturbing at times.

The reception staff were very cute and helpful. They were competent in multiple languages. the night receptionist was also very attentive, ensuring all my needs were met promptly and efficiently.
